Through our corporate massage taster sessions we can offer a range of massages and other complementary therapies services to help businesses in Dundee and Angus boost staff health and wellbeing and reduce work related stress.

Treatments we can offer that can be easily adapted to the workplace include:

• On-site massage (back&shoulders)
• Indian Head Massage
• Reiki
• Reflexology
• Hand/Foot Massage

Workplace taster treatments can be anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes in length.

We have carried out many of these wellbeing sessions in the Dundee and Angus area for both public bodies and private companies. These sessions have proved very popular with staff by helping them to relax and reduce stress. Please view our schools and other testimonials page for feedback that we have received.

These sessions are suitable for whole or part day, away days and lunchtimes. Clients for which we have carried out these sessions include Dundee City Coucil, Angus Council, NHS as well as private companies. Our therapists bring all the equipment required, all we need is space.

Taster Sessions for Schools and Nurseries
