In 2012 we added a number of new treatments to our range of therapies. Our latest allows expectant mothers to receive deserved relaxation with our special pregnancy massage. Details of this extra special massage for pre or post natal mothers can be found on our pregnancy massage page.

Appointments are available for our treatment room in Monifieth, Dundee, Angus at times to suit you. We also offer some treatments in our West Ferry / Broughty Ferry treatment room.

Our range of treatments include a range of massages, Holistic or Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy massage and Reflexology treatments. Massages can be full body massages or just a massage of the back, neck and shoulders.
If you would like to relax in the company of friends we recommend a complementary therapy pamper party. Each guest can choose from a range of our treatments from £25 for two twenty minute treatments. This is a great way to spend a relaxing and chilled out daytime or evening with your friends. We can also offer pamper parties to guests staying locally in Lodge accommodation at Forbes of Kingennie Country Resort or Piperdam Golf and Leisure Resort.
This year we will be offering more opportunities to learn Reiki healing and attunement , please contact us for details of Reiki First and Second Degree courses. Our Reiki courses are usually one to one or with very small groups.

Our alternative therapies are carried out in our treatment room in Monifieth, Dundee with some treatments including Shiatsu available in our Broughty Ferry / West Ferry treatment room.
Our mobile massage therapists can make home visits for Dundee (including Barnhill, Ballumbie, Baldovie, Balgillo, Balmossie, Broughty Ferry, Panmurefield and West Ferry), Angus (including Arbroath, Auchterhouse, Birkhill, Barry, Carnoustie, Friockheim, Kingennie, Letham, Newbigging, Monikie, Murroes, Muirhead, Piperdam, Kellas, Glamis, Wellbank) and Fife (including Newport, Woodhaven, Wormit, Tayport), Perth and Kinross (Invergowrie, Longforgan, Kingoodie, Inchture) as well as other areas in Tayside.
Complementary therapy appointments can be made at the most convenient time for you, including evenings and weekends.
