This course is the first step in your Reiki journey and includes both online learning and practical sessions with me. It is open to everyone as there is no prerequisites or experiences required to attend. Only a desire to begin to learn Reiki.
This is an insurable and certified course and after completing the course you will be able to carry out this on yourself or family and friends.
Like all my courses it runs in small groups (maximum of 3 people) or one-to-one if you prefer. This ensures I can personalise my teaching to help you to learn and support you in your development.
After you have practiced channelling Reiki you can progress, if you wish, onto Reiki Two.

Reiki provides healing on all levels; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Reiki balances and strengthens the body’s energy promoting its ability to heal itself. It promotes deep relaxation bringing a sense of peace and wellbeing. A safe and natural hands-on therapy, you can carry out reiki or yourself or someone else.
The practical session of the course will run over the course of a day (the approximate time depends on numbers attending). The cost for the Reiki One course is £120 and included with this cost is the Reiki one course training in Dundee, your online Reiki One manual and certificate.

You will firstly complete the online theory part of the Reiki one course. You can access the online section of the course here. Secondly after completing the online module you will develop your practical technique in a practical session of the Reiki one course at my treatment room in Monifieth, Dundee to receive your reiki attunements and practice channelling reiki. Finally, once this is all completed you will receive your certification.
You can check the dates that are available for the practical part of the Reiki 1 course using my online booking system. If you cannot see an available date or a date that suits you then please contact me to arrange one.
To access the online content you will firstly need to pay a non-refundable fee of £30. The balancing payment of £90 is payable before attending the practical session.

Reiki 1 was a great experience to understand energy and the whole basis of what Reiki is and where it came from. The practical part was my favourite part to actually feel the energy.
