Swedish massage is one of the most common and effective massage treatments using techniques such as effleurage, petrissage and percussion. It is a fantastic way to relieve muscular aches and pains. I offer a bespoke massage which is tailored to meet each of my client’s individual needs. The massage is carried out lying on a comfortable heated massage couch whilst relaxing to calming music.
